The future is now!!

Hi everybody,
This time we are to take a look at the future. Technology is changing so fast everything that concepts and ideas that to Willy, Alfredo and Dario were dreams are now reality.
Please take a look at the two videos your teacher (That is ME) will show you and then look for your name in the list below and follow the instructions:
1. Get to the link assigned and read a short description of how computers will soon impact our lives in different fields.
2. Surf the net for additional details of your category. For example if your link talks about computers in medicine, look for more information about that item. (You will have 10 minutes to do this part).
3. Finally, be ready to connect via chat with your partners and tell them about what you learned.
Happy surfing!

Fun facts about driving

Hi class,
As we have been talking about driving Dos and Don'ts, I found a page in which you can learn some fun facts about driving in Europe. Please follow these instructions:
1. Visit the page: http://www.aaireland.ie/AA/Summer-driving/European-driving-advice/Fun-Facts.aspx
2. Read the short article.
3. Write a fun fact about driving in Colombia. For example: In San Andres it is OK to drive without wearing a shirt or in your bathing suit. This behaviour might not be accepted in some other inland cities.
Enjoy. I'll be waiting for your fun facts.

The craziest hotels I've ever seen!

Hi everybody,
To give a sense of closure to the unit on "staying at hotels" we are to virtually visit some of the craziest hotels in the world. Please follow the following instructions:
1. Visit the following link: http://thewondrous.com/worlds-20-craziest-hotels/
2. Go over the descriptions of the crazy hotels in there. Choose one you would like to know more about it.
3. Google the name of the hotel and find out as much information as you can. Ask yourself questions like; Where is it? Who built it? How much is a night there? What are the facilities and services?
4. Once you have got the information, share it with a classmate. See if you can decide which hotel you'd rather visit.
Good luck!
